From our Rock Springs office, Symbii provides personalized home health, hospice, home care, mobile primary care, and palliative care services throughout Sweetwater, Uinta, Lincoln, and surrounding southwest Wyoming communities. We proudly support patients in Green River, Granger, Farson, and neighboring areas with skilled nursing and therapy services designed around their individual needs. Our goal is to help patients recover safely, manage ongoing health conditions, and remain independent at home whenever possible.
